We ship all orders via USPS (United Postal Service). All orders will be shipped Priority Mail unless Express Mail is chosen.
We prefer working with the postal service because:
- Quick shipments (2 to 3 days) to anywhere in the United States.
- Packages are left in air conditioned United Postal buildings at the end of each day (UPS & FedEX leave product in delivery trucks in the evening and over the weekend which can cause exposure to excessive heat).
- Shipping rates are less expensive than UPS or FedEx.
Because it takes time to package and ship product and adjust our records for returned product in addition to crediting for product returned, we now charge a 15% restocking fee for returned product.
This fee may be waived for the following reasons:
- Defective product
- Received incorrect product
- Product was an extra item not ordered
Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.
Mary&aposs Herbal Garden must be notified of any returns by phone (1-888-593-7301) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Product returned must be returned Priority Mail in new condition, returned in the same box it was shipped in, and packaged carefully with the same packaging as it was shipped with.
No credit will be offered for:
- Packages returned First Class Mail (heat & cold can affect the vitality of certain products, so we request priority shipping)
- Product that arrives damaged (We use bubble wrap and a box for glass product. Please return product the way we shipped it so it is not broken.)
- Product that has been opened (This includes partially or completely removing shrink wrap seal and/or zip tab. We cannot resell product that has been altered or opened.)
- Sedona Labs iFlora (probiotics that are affected by heat)
- Product that we have not been notified as being returned
Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns. Returns are refunded by check. Any returned product needs to be addressed as follows:

All international orders (product shipped outside the United States of America) and product charged to credit cards outside the United States are final. We do not accept any returns or refund any returns charged to international credit cards outside the USA or shipped outside the USA. The cost of international shipping, international credit card processing fees, and customs greatly outweighs any profit made by the sale.
